Hyper 212X cpu cooler.

I wanted to make sure is the cooler mentioned in the title is worth getting,i at the present time can't find a 212 evo,but this.I have a i5 4690k with a z97-a motherboard,i'd like to overclock the chip to 4.2(4.5,if possible).
