Hyper 412S vs Stock Phenom II 965 heatsink?

Hello everyone.
I am looking at buying a new cooler for my CPU and the Hyper 412S has caught my attention. What I would like to know is: What kind of Overclock would I be able to achieve since that is what I will be buying it for.
The rest of my specs are:
ASRock 970 DE3/U3S3
AMD Phenom II 965BE @3.4Ghz (for now)
2x4GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1600Mhz
Sapphire Radeon HD6750 1GB
CoolerMaster Elite 460W power supply (Piece of crap, but it does the job)

PS: How does the Hyper 412S compare to the Hyper TX3 as a bonus question.

That would be a broad question that we wouldn't be able to answer. Every CPU (of the same model) is different, so in consequence, each cpu has a different capacity at a different temperature at a different voltage setting.
