Look in Task Manager -> Performance tab -> CPU page. Also make sure the graph is set to "Logical processors" If you see 20 graphs, then Hyperthreading is running.
Alternatively you could use something like CPU-Z or HWiNFO which will also tell you how many hardware threads there are. If it's 20, then Hyperthreading is running.
