Recently gotten the headset and I have been using it for around 2 days with the audio working perfectly. Since the microphone comes with a 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm cable, I needed a splitter. I recently got a 3.5 mm female to 3.5 mm dual male splitter to plug into my computer to see if my microphone would work.
It did not work and if anyone would help, I would glad appreciate it.
