Hello.

I have a problem with my new keyboard. I bought it today, and I just can't seem to get it to work.

I see something change in the device manager when I plug it in, but windows doesn't acknowledge it as a USB device.

The USB pass-through on the back of the keyboard works, but the keyboard itself remains dead, there is a little light that turns on for like 1 second or 2, then it is completely dark and nothing happens no matter what key I press.

Have I bought a faulty keyboard?

I have tried three different PC's and it's the same with all of them.

Looks like that keyboard has two usb cables, do you have both of them connected? Try other ports.

Yes, both are plugged in, I have tried other ports, and the outcome is still the same.
