[SOLVED] HyperX Alloy FPS RGB problem

Hey guys, i'm using my hyperx keyboard, but there is one problem occuring. The \ key doesn't light up, which would be normal, but during the boot up the key is completely normal. Unplugging the keyboard used to solve this problem, but today it didn't help. Thanks

Did you check with HyperX support? Could be something wrong with the key or the keyboard firmware. I've seen where the lights went bad and would not work properly or be stuck in a single light or missing a light so some colors don't show. Try changing the light setup in the software for the keyboard see if any of them enable the key.
