Question HyperX Alloy Origins Core Keyboard not working ?

Just started my PC up and my HyperX Alloy Origins Core Keyboard isn't working.

No lights, typing doesn't work, PC doesn't detect anything under device manager or such.

I have tried:

• Factory resetting keyboard.
• Uninstalling, reinstalling HyperX Ngenuity software.
• Trying different USB ports.
• Trying to connect to other devices.

None of them work, but I can say the cable does work by plugging in other devices with USB C.
I'm afraid the keyboard may be faulty, but I'm trying other solutions and would like some ideas.

I've looked at other posts and forums for solutions but still haven't found anything, keyboard doesn't seem to work in anyway, anywhere - is it dead?

The keyboard failing to work on multiple computers would make the keyboard the culprit.

Especially if other keyboards do indeed work on those same computers.

How old is the keyboard?

Overall it is designed (as many things are) to last only so long via a built in EOL (End of Life). Which applies to probably every component therein. Just takes one component to failure and the keyboard no longer works.
