I recently bought the hyperx cloud 2 headset (red and black if that matters) and I have 1 problem with it; The volume of everything is extremely loud so I have to turn my PC volume to ~30% to be able to not get ear blasted. I also contacted them a few days ago about this problem (they said it was a usb sound card issue) and then they sent me a new one.
However with this new usb sound card I still have the same problem - sound is still really loud.
Does anybody know how to fix this? I've tried using their way of fixing this issue (Downloading new driver or uninstalling the headset from my computer then replugging it)
