Depends on the DIMM itself. I myself have a PC100 CAS3 DIMM with Hyundai chips, and it runs up to 142mhz CAS3 stable.

No, I don't know anybody else reaching that speed. And actually, it's 142mhz

It ran stable with no problems. I'm not using the Hyundai in this system anymore however.
