Hello,

I have been having issues with my pc randomly crashing, as well as BSOD nearly every time I shut down for the night. I have had varying errors including MEMORY_MANAGEMENT to IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Would someone be able to help decipher the minidump file that got created from my last crash? I'm not sure what the best way to upload the file is.

2.5GbE motherboard chipsets from Realtek and Intel are well known for instability problems. Try the Realtek web site and see if you can find a more recent driver than the ones on your motherboard web site.

I disabled the 2.5GbE chipset in the BIOS on my motherboard and installed a 10GbE PCIe NIC instead (I have two 10GbE LANs).

Thank you for the advice! Looking further into my Event Viewer, I'm not completely sure if the error is being caused by the 2.5GbE controller, as there is some time between that error and the actual crash. Is it possible that there is something else causing the issues?

Are we talking milli-seconds, seconds or minutes between the Realtek error message and the crash?
There seems to be a variety of errors that will happen at random. My pc will either 1. BSOD with the code MEMORY MANAGEMENT as the PC shutdowns or restarts 2. A BSOD with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL during a shutdown or restart. 3. An unexpected restart of the PC. The third scenario has been the latest to happen, which happened in the middle of a Valorant game. There is no specific error at the time of the restart, only an error saying the following:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff803e11cc14b, 0xffffc90b06386490, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\111124-16453-01.dmp. Report Id: 9a7e6084-4667-4bdf-bd13-8b9edf7b0ed1.

This type of error message seems consistent with three scenarios. This latest error occured at 8:01 PM, while the Realtek errors are timestamped at 5:24 PM
