Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a brand new keyboard (I don’t want a used one) with a budget around 250 Euros.

Until now, I’ve been using a Fnatic Streak keyboard. I’ve planned to replace it several times, but it never worked out, and then yesterday my lovely wife gave it the final blow with a cup of tea, so it’s now saying goodbye to us.

The keyboard will be used daily, mostly for gaming, but also for everyday tasks (internet, Word, Excel, etc.).
My main dilemma is deciding what type of keyboard to buy. The Fnatic was a mechanical one with silent red switches, which I liked, but I’m also really fond of the "key feel" of Apple’s keyboards. I’d like to stick with a mechanical keyboard but opt for the quietest possible switches.

I don’t have a specific model in mind, but I really like the design of Razer and Steelseries keyboards.
I definitely want an ISO layout.
If possible, I’d prefer either a full-size or TKL keyboard.
One extra request would be that the keyboard has backlighting and that it’s not loud.

If you need any more details, I’ll try to answer as best as I can. Thanks for your help!

Where are you located(please don't say Europe) and what is your preferred site for purchase?

Just to save you on the expense, you could put the keyboard in an ultrasonic cleaner and give it a deep clean. If your wife's cup of tea had sugar in it, then the ultrasonic cleaner would help take it out of the keyboard/PCB/layers.

I'm sure you should have access to someone offering cleaning services with an ultrasonic cleaner.

I take the freedom to highjack thread and ask for same, but wireless.

Been using my Ducky Shine Red since 2013. Perfect piece of machinery that is still like new and such an enjoyment to type on and game with.

Could use it forever, but... I need a wireless one. Mechanical (red or brown switches, or equivalent), backlighting (red or adjustable), full sized with num pad, US layout and definitely with a volume rocker of some sorts.

Any ideas? I mean OP can use it simply wired, so a suggestion may benefit us both.
