i-7700 with 3000 MHZ + mobo?

Hello all,
I am building my gaming pc after years of saving and spend hours on it but still not getting the right things. here are the things i have

1. Cooler Master H 500

so now i only need Mother board, ram and PSU. but i am getting confused so which motherboard i should buy for my i 7700(Non k) which can support 3000 MHZ ram as i wanted to buy Asus rog strix b250f (RGB) MOBO but it cant support more than 2400 MHZ ram and its impossible to find 2400 MHZ(RGB) ram in India?

The other problem is now this mother board is not available so which other mother board(ASUS series will be great if any) i should buy for i 7700 which has rgb aura. Well yes that's the main issue with ram too as i wanted to buy RGB ram(2400 mhz) and i can see there are only 3000 MHZ rgb ram so that's the issue too. I read some where that ram depends on mother board so i can use 3000 MHZ ram on mobo which supports 2400 MHZ but then it will only run at max speed of 2400 MHZ, ok but it will create heat or any problem or not?

third, should i buy liquid cooling fan or not as m not going to do overclocking but is there any rgb fan which i can use on my mobo to look cool? and to make it cool too as i think i should buy fan for my processor.

Last one, I think for 5 to 6 fan and for rest of pc parts, i will need 850 plus gold certified psu but suggestion are welcome as i building my dream pc(in budget) so guyz please help me to choose. Sorry as i am new here so if i made any mistake please let me know so i can correct that. Thank you

i would suggest H270 or Z270 motherboards. You don't need the overclocking of the Z270, but the prices are similar to the H270 so why not get the better board.

The GTX 1070 has a system requirement of 500 watts. So i would suggest a 550 - 650 watt power supply.

But if you want 850 watts , that will work too.

Hello terry4536 thank you so much for your responses and time. yes you do help me in some parts but still m stuck with mother board and ram as i want to buy that mother board(with rgb aura) with i can use 3000 MHZ ram so i dont have to find or wait for 2400 MHZ rgb ram as they are not available in india. So you want an Asus motherboard with Asus Aura RGB lighting.

The Aura RGB lighting didn't really get going strong until the 300 series motherboards, but those will no fit your I7-7700 processor.

All of the Z270 motherboards listed support 3000 MHz (up to at least 3866 MHz). So 3000 or 3200 MHz is available with the XMP memory profile enabled in the BIOS.
