"No bootable devices" just means the BIOS in the motherboard can't find the operating system. So how exactly did you "delete windows"? It may be possible to recover it.
You should probably seek out some kind of tech savvy person. It will be hard for us to help without you having even a little bit of computer knowledge. FYI it is very difficult to simply delete your windows installation on a Windows 10 machine.

Not sure how I managed it ..I ended up in bios, and probably clicked on something. It was updating and stuck at 64% for hours
