I accidentally deleted windows on a NEW Dell Inspirion

nice You can download windows 10 from MS (on a different PC) and reinstall if you also deleted the recovery drive.

I have no CD or flash drive to do so and what does it mean by no bootable devices will I be able to download it onto a flash drive

"No bootable devices" just means the BIOS in the motherboard can't find the operating system. So how exactly did you "delete windows"? It may be possible to recover it.

You should probably seek out some kind of tech savvy person. It will be hard for us to help without you having even a little bit of computer knowledge. FYI it is very difficult to simply delete your windows installation on a Windows 10 machine.

I can follow instructions pretty well lol...and a fast learner.
Not sure how I managed it ..I ended up in bios, and probably clicked on something. It was updating and stuck at 64% for hours
I have a USB now, just need to get windows on it...

Before you go down this road, investigate as to whether there is a Factory Reset partition or function on this brand new laptop.

Look in the user manual for how to invoke this if possible.

Almost certainly 64bit.
Is this a regular Windows install, or were you able to invoke the Factory Reset?

Install... factory didn't work.
Now waiting for it to download to the USB...
