I accidentally installed Windows 10 Enterprise and now I can't install another OS. What can I do?

in BIOS, set your planned new OS source as boot device e.g. DVD/BR/USB
Boot to that and simply format the partition where you have your Win10 and install the new OS.
Win10 can never forbid this!
