So i read that plastics have high static electricity and i didnt realise that at first so i put a motherboard on the plastic chair. It's the asrock b450m steel legend motherboard. Only the bottom part where the area of heatsink backplate touch the plastic chair. Not the whole back of the motherboard. Heatsink + some area of mobo back touched the chair. It's my friend's motherboard and we cant test whether it's working or not because some parts havent arrived yet. Will it be fine? I'm easily paranoid by these even though i have built some pcs.

Solution
You are overreacting. It's ikely perfectly fine. I've built on carpet several times before (which everyone and their mom says is a no-no) and it's been fine. A plastic chair will not harm your system.
