i accidentally unplugged my computer while it was on, i turned it back on and it seems everything is running fine my question is do you think any of my hardware might of got damaged...

No problem. The only damage that kind of accident MIGHT do is cause a bad record to be written to one file on your HDD IF it happens to be writing just at the moment of failure. That is not very likely, but it can happen. The fact that you are seeing NO problems now says it probably did not happen and even if it did, the file that got corrupted obviously was not critical.
