I accidently clicked view in photo viewer and now i cant access the file

So i downloaded a .veg file and clicked on it to open it. It then came up with a pop-up saying what i wanted to view it in and i accidently clicked windows photo viewer and now i cant access the file because of it. Does anyone know how i get it back to a normal .veg file ?? if so please help me!

you associated all .veg files with photoviewer so that when you click on one the system will now always use photoviewer to try and open them.

enter File Associations, locate the .veg entry, and delete it.
