I acidentally damaging this component of back my laptop motherboard.
What this function for? It can causing failure?

In theory, it should still work. That is usually used for grounding purposes on laptop motherboards, but most motherboards have multiple redundant ground paths.

Worst case scenario... Solder a jumper wire on if it doesn't work.

I tested it and yes it still work,
Also i see another grounding component like this, so this motherboard have two grounding in the back

But it still safe to use only one grounding?
