If you're spending that much $ on components (especially RAM), why not a Skylake i7-6700K build? You could then put an even faster PCIE SSD in there too.

Then i would say stick with what you have, the 980 ti is preatty pricy , and an i7 is beneficial for video editing. Whatr kind of screen do you have?

atm a 60hz but planning to get a 144hz in the near future

You wont get 144fps in new games maxed out with the 980, but you can always sli in the future

Forgo the liquid cooling at this point, get it later if you need. Just get a decent air cooler. With the extra, spend on the vid card.
