Question I am building a PC and wanted some help to identefy some issues

Hi there, i am knew on this area(PC related), so i wanted to build a PC for gaming and to do some work related, and i studyied a bit the situacion, and i got here with this build, and wanted to know if there is some issues with it or some better option.

CPU-

intel® Core I5-13600K​

GPU-

NNO3D NVD RTX 4060 TWIN X2 OC 8G GDDR6 (do i get any brand in specific)​

Motherbord-

Micro-ATX MSI Pro B760M-P DDR4​

RAM-

RAM G.SKILL Aegis 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4-3200MHz CL16( i inted to put 2x8GB insted of 1 x16GB to dual channel, elt me know if i am wrong)​

STORAGE-

Ssd M.2 2280 Kingston Nv2 1tb and HDD 3.5" 1Tb Sata 3 64mb Desktop WD Blue( i want to try to have the work related in HDD and the Games on SSD, is 1TB overkill or is fine?)​

COOLER-

Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite 240 or Thermalright Frozen Prism 360 White ARGB CPU Liquid Cooler( i just want one which one is better ?)​

CASE-

ATX MSI MAG Forge 100M( i choosed this one couse already has some fans and is cheap)​

POWER SOURCE-

ATX Nox Urano VX 650W 80 Plus Bronze Edition( i choosed thsi one couse is cheap, do u think i should get other one?)​

i am located in portugal, we just use Euro, and my budget would be like 1000€

Ok thnak u, but just one thing, why change the CPU down on egen and the cooler is fine with just one fan, and wouldnt be better a water cooler, couse i want overclock?
