[SOLVED] I am completely new to overclocking please help

So I never tried to overclock in my life, always tried to use stock CPUS and GPUS. But last year I've gotten myself an upgrade and I want to get the best out of it since up until now I've been running on stock . But I don't know how to do it and If my pc can handle it
My rig :
CPU :Ryzen 7 3700x - This came in with the Wraith Prism cooler
GPU: Sapphire RX 5700XT nitro+ SE
RAM : 16GB Corsair 3200Mhz (running on max Mhz with XMP)
Mobo: Gigabyte x570 GAMING X
650W Power Supply ( Segotep RP 650 I believe)
My PC case has 4 fans

If anyone could suggest some good tutorial videos that would be top.

Don't bother OCing processor, specially not under stock cooler.
No reason to OC that graphic card either, all you will get is trouble.

Are you sure? Not even the gpu like in the video above? because it looks like its getting 5+fps boost

5fps boost ? I wouldn't risk it even for 50.

How can 5fps be worth the hours of testing required to make sure it's a stable Oc.

Would maybe suggest OC is more of tuning in modern day. For me I OC both but not for reason some would think.

agreed. trying to overclock AMD processor is almost useless

Between PBO and a few of the Ryzen tuner apps available, running manual fixed clocks seems dubious, and, sometimes resulted in a small FPS decrease vs. the results obtained on select 'better' cores boosted higher.
