They're both low end cards, I could go for the 6670 if I had to though.

667o would be better another than the 630 but both is a low end card. and 630 is a Fermi based card no matter how many gb it is.

6670 is better than 630. Make sure you buy gddr5 memory one. It is low end card but it can do many things. If you can I would go higher to 7750. Oh and are you buying new computer or upgrading? Tell your other specs. List the links of that cards youre buying.
