[SOLVED] I am having gpu problems

So I recently started building my mom a computer but the gpu doest seem to work with her motherboard. When i put the gpu into the motherboard on my computer it works fine thou. Does anyone know what the problem may be?

Mom's pc:

Gpu: Nitro+ Radeon RX 5700 XT

Motherboard: Msi meg z490 unify

My pc:

Gpu: amd ryzen 3 2200G ( integrated cpu and gpu)

Motherboard: Msi b450 tomahawk

Go to MSI's website and verify that the GPU is supported by the Z940 motherboard.

Doublecheck that I matched the motherboard correctly.
