Question I am having issues with one LED on AIO

Hello forum,
I am currently having issues with my aio system. I have a thermaltake floe 360 aio and the bottom light is stuck on a single color. The others change with the system. I have it plugged into a thermaltake sync controller which is then plugged into the rgb strip on my board. Thoughts?

Your best option would be to get in touch with thermaltake's customer service department, and if required, an RMA.
