I am having trouble calculating the wattage for my computer.

I am using a calculator to calculate my wattage for my gaming computer, but I have run into some problems.

The first problem is that under motherboard, there is no option for ATX, which is the type of motherboard I have. Would it be high end-desktop?

The second problem is with the video card option.

I click NVIDIA and then go down and try to find the NVIDIA GeForce GTX760, but it is not listed there.

Does anyone know what I can do or if there is a better calculator that can help me calculate it ? Thank you for your answers!

The card has similar power draw to a gtx 670. I would use that as a starting point and yes. your board is most likely fitting into high end desktop(if it has lots of extras) or regular if not.

In general any quality 550+(you can get by with less, but I want you to have some headroom) watt power supply will run a system with that card without any issues.

You could just take nVidia's recommendation (minimum 500W PSU for a PC with one GTX 760) and skip the calculators altogether... For example this 600W Corsair PSU would do the job.
