I am looking for a laptop with upgradeable CPU....

I have an E6440, it is very modular. it is CPU upgradeable with three way storage and other neat features...I like it a lot.

However, it is a bit dated...I am looking to purchase a laptop in the future with an upgradeable CPU....I have looked at Clevo, Eurocom, Sager and etc.. but the prices are unreasonable..

The parts are also non-existent ? ...

Do I have any other options besides Clevo, Eurocom, Sager and etc.. ?

You are pretty much only going to find socketed CPU's in high end enthusiast systems that are using desktop or workstation cpus and you are going to pay a premium for them. BGA cpus have pretty much been the norm for laptops in the last several years.
