Question I am not expert but at least have natural knowledge and i have a question

This night when i open my case which is thermal take lvl 20 mt rgb i see that the fans case did not blow air through inside the pc.i feel it with my hands inside the case infront of the fan it did not blow.i dont know but i am not sure if it is wrong or true because thermaltake seems expert pc world.but i see that the fan is blowing outside the case not inside.if inside the living room is hot you turn on air conditioner the heat is gone right?is all pc case fan made to blow air out not in?

Can you please add images of your build and to illustrate how the fans are oriented in your build? If your case needs air conditioning to keep cool, then you have one of the following problems;
1| Your case isn't intaking fresh cooler ambient air due to the front being blocked off
or
2| Your fans are oriented the wrong way
or
3| Your fans aren't rotating as necessary to drive air in your case.

I looked up the case, did you try taking the front panel off to see if the temps reduce on your components? Just an FYI, that Thermaltake case you have is of bad design. It was designed at a time where Thermaltake purposely wanted you to cook your internals, same as the Q series of chassis from Coolermaster.

That depends on the design/layout of the case and the fans used. If you flip the intake fans on the front to exhaust then the case won't draw in air through the front but blow air out.

thermaltake seems expert pc world.

With closed front like your pc case - front fans have no function.
It's just RGB bling. Closed front completely suffocates air intake.

It's a bad design. Not suitable for gaming grade components.

If possible, then remove front panel.
If not possible (and your pc is overheating), then get a new pc case.

What are your pc specs BTW ?

You could move two of front fans to side (in intake orientation).
This should improve airflow.

As said before - front fans serve no purpose (other than RGB).

You should remove fans from front panel.
Front panel on your case is solid glass. Air doesn't go through it.

Yes you can change fan direction as necessary.

If I was trying to fix the cooling, I'd remove the transparent front panel and fit wire fan guards. By the looks of it, the fans are 140mm.

Not pretty and the fans will be much louder until you tweak the BIOS, but at least you'll have free air flow into the case (provided the fans are spinning and pointing in the correct direction).

Whoever designed a case with a solid front panel needs their brains examining. Daft idea ThermalTake. Perhaps there are vestigial (narrow) ventilation slots down both sides of the front panel? Form Follows Function.
