Hi and thanks in advance. Some of the parts:

GPU: Nvidia Quadro P620 https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/quadro-p620.c3085

CPU: Intel Core i5-8600K Coffee Lake 3.6GHz
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/processors/core/core-vpro/i5-8600k.html

x2 16GB DD4 Ram, 1T SSD hard drive

Case: Fractal Design Focus G ATX Mid Tower Computer Case (Notice the double fan)

PSU: Corsair CX-M Series CX550M 550 Watt 80 PLUS Bronze Certified Power Supply (semi-modular)

I am not sure how to calculate temperature needs so any help would be greatly appreciated.

The GPU is only 40 watts maximum, so the two front fans are probably enough, but I would add a rear exhaust fan or move one of the front fans to the rear. Your Intel CPU does not come with a heatsink/cooler so you will need to add one or choose a non-K CPU which will come with a heatsink. If you have not been here, you may find it helpful:
