[SOLVED] I am thinking about changing my fan but I have heard I need to take out my motherboard, can I do it without taking it out?

just wondering can I change the CPU Fan without taking out the motherboard.

My CPU is a intel i7-3770 and my motherboard is a gigabyte z77x-d3h.
I don't want to take out the motherboard since when I built my PC I had to take it to a store and it is closed currently plus I don't want to pay the money and if I take out my Motherboard it will be like building it again.

What does it say in the user manual for that case?
There may or may not be a big enough hole on the other side to access the back of the motherboard.
