I am Upgrading I need help

hello guys i would like to upgrade my pc
i have 8 gb ram 1333mhz
i5 3450 3.1 ghz
amd 6770 R 1gb Gddr5 Oced
550w blk psu
Upgrade Components
amd r9 290(NON X) tri-x OC edition for 340$
corsair vs series 650w

i have three questiones
1.can this psu support this card without having any problems?btw cpu is not overclockable nor is the ram and i might not even OC my card
2.will my cpu bottleneck too much? or a little?
3.can this card handle next gen games at high-ultra at 40-60 fps 1080p for the next 2-3 years and is it a good card? its the best price i can afford!

1.- Yes, the Corsair VS 650w should be able to handle it just fine

2.- Your CPU is ok, consider to upgrade it next year however, a i7 3770k should hold for the next 4 years easily if OCed.

3.- Yeah the R9 290 should be able to achieve it.

Having said that... and for that price (340$) you could get the Nvidia GTX 970 which is faster and way more efficient and cooler than the R9 290, no reason at all to go with the R9 290 at that price point.
