i am upgrading my pc , i have some questions about the r9 380 and core i5-4690k

i am having a pc with core i5-680 and gt 610 and 4gb of ram
i am upgrading the gpu to r9 380 and good psu then after 2 months i will upgrade the cpu , motherboard and ram .
i want to ask will the r9 380 work well with core i5-680 until i get the new cpu ?

Yes it will, it may be bottlenecked a little but thats not important. It can transfer to the new system is what matters.
