I am waiting to buy a graphics card under 3k

I have a intel core i3 processor with clock speed at 3.10 Ghz with 2gb ram .I want to buy a good graphics card of 2gb under 3k to play GTA 4 and If possible than Gta 5 with medium settings

A GTX 1050 / 1050 Ti / RX 460 will be enough.
You need to upgrade your RAM though.

I don't know that you can expect too much from the specs you've given. Beware of purchasing a GPU that will not meet your requirements when that money could be better spent on an i5, more RAM, etc.
