Question I assume my GPU is dead?

Long story short I was playing some Minecraft and randomly my pc black screened, sounds still worked for about 5 seconds before it tried to restart. Ever since when the card is in the PC wont turn on and wont even post to bios. Fans spin and keyboard lights turn on but it keeps on looping before bios. Card is a 3070 so pretty new
