I blocked a few updates from Windows 10. How do I unblock them?

I uninstalled them awhile ago because I didn't like the UI look. But now i can't update back to them.

Do you mean that you blocked your system from upgrading to Win 10?

Or, do you mean you did something to ignore specific Win 10 updates from within an existing Win 10 system?

Stopped a few Windows 10 updates.
I'm using Windows 10 now.
And all I did was uninstalled them once they were installed, but I check for updates and nothing shows up.

Depending on the previously uninstalled updates, they may have been re-installed or moot (depending on the build you are on). Do you know what build your system is running now?

But the latest update is.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable - 10.0.40219:
KB2565063 | 10.0.40219 | 3/06/2016

and I rolled back my update to a previous version when I updated it. So I'm not sure why it's not showing up.
