I bought a laptop from a pawnshop

I bought a laptop that had vista on it i don't have the pin or password i dont know what I did or what happened i shut the laptop off and now cannot even get on my laptop how do i get on past the bitlocker as i do not have any key or password i want ot use my lap top instead of an old desk top
