Question I bought a new GPU, still showing no signal on the monitor

I recently bought a new gpu since my old one suddenly stopped working (fans not spinning) and i don't why it still shows no signal, i used HDMI/Display Port on a 144hz monitor and nothing works. Also while starting and showing no signal, my pc shuts off and turns on by itself in a loop while there is no display Any help?

PSU brand and model?

There is a possibility that your old GPU is still working and it's the PSU that gave up.

A system shutting off like that is normally a power issue or an overheating issue.

Hi thanks for replying, I am using a Seasonic M12 850 watts Bronze PSU
Also i while testing it, I was using my psu cable extension and then it worked when I connected the main cables of the PSU
