psu 320watt 87% efficient at 100 load . cpu max pw con is 84 watts . 1060 3gb max pw con is 120 watts . 4x4gb ram ddr3 = 16 watt total . 500 gb hdd power con is about 10 watts

PSU’s that come with cases are notoriously poor quality and any wattage rating is likely overstated. The minimum to run that setup safely would be a good 450w. Don’t risk your system on an inadequate psu.

The GTX 1060 requires at least one PCIE power cable from the power supply. I'm betting your current power supply doesn't have one, so you'd be much better off with a new power supply.

Most of the pre built systems I've worked on haven't had great power supplies when they shipped. Your best bet is to replace it post haste.
