i brought new pc i5 3470 and gtx 760 i have bad low fps issue or bottleneck on every game and im very worried about it it is also have a bottlenecking on every game include gta v
call of duty infinite warfare mafia 3 and assassins creed syndicate
plzzz help mee plzzzzzzzz what is the problem my fps are not stable sometimes on 5 or 2 fps and then 25 to 40 but not stable very bad issue not playable at all
i also want to explain one thing my disc usage in task manager is at 100% when i play any game
i spend my all money on it but it is very bad for me
i was play gta v on my old gpu and core 2 duo pc before and its work good on low settings but in my present case i have the same bad fps issue in lowest settings and highest settings same fps problem but sometimes my game is smooth and suddenly become lag and slow
