No sorry maybe 15 if your lucky but I have a laptop with a 2410m and 520m and that could play AC III at about 15-20 and rogue is newer.

I have an asrock g31m-vs2 motherboard with Intel pentium 2 ghz 160gb hdd no gpu.any way I could change it to a gaming pc

This would be a decent cpu upgrade you wont have to buy a new motherboard which is nice.

Then with whatever money you have left get 8gb(in total) of ram and the best gpu you can get.

In notebook it is showing nvidia display settings not available you are not currently using a display attached to an nvidia gpu.guys how could I fix this
