Can I use that on a different domain?

Anything that is local to the source domain won't work on the new domain. That would all need to be edited to match the new domain. Probably simpler, however, would be posting a redirect from GitHub to GoDaddy.

So upload that code to GitHub and link it to my GoDaddy account?

The redirect is like one like of HTML telling the browser to go to the GoDaddy site instead. The code you get from doing a "View Source Code" would need to be edited on your home system to reflect the updated domain and then loaded up to GitHub.

For what I know, GitHub projects are considered "Open Source", with clearly defined GPL license. If you download code generated by GoDaddy' wizards, that's not your code, and you could be in violations with GoDaddy' TOS.
