I can factory restore now but it says I missing where can i find M:\D2D\images\*.SVM

It sounds like you, at some point in time, wiped your entire hard drive OR you replaced it with another one. By doing that, and deleting all associated partitions, you have since deleted your ability to factory restore properly. The hidden M: Drive is where Acer stores its factory restore data and it is not there on your computer.

I am sorry, but there is no way for you to factory restore without factory discs from Acer. You will have to contact them in order to get the software, and I am 99% sure they are going to charge you for that.
