[SOLVED] I can no longer detect my monitor 2 and 3 and I cannot download and reinstall AMD adrenaline

I was playing War Thunder and then all of a sudden my screen freezes then my computers black out and then I get booted back to desktop with only my monitor 1 working (I have 2 monitors and a TV I us as my 3rd monitor). I can't even unplug the monitors and plug them back in for it to detect them. I also tried restarting my computer and even full shutdown with unplugging my power cable and giving it time for the capacitors in my PSU to drain and starting it back up but that doesn't seem to help either. When I now try to launch AMD software it gives me this message

And I have tried running as administrator and even just turning all of my firewall setting off but it keeps giving me this same damn message.
Also when I try to launch a game now I am met with a message saying I am missing directx10. Someone please hellllllllllllllllllp!!!

What OS are you working with? You should be using DDU to remove all GPU drivers. You should source the latest drivers from here. As for your platform, how old is the PSU in your build?

Oh uh the DDU solve my issue. After removing drivers and rebooting I now have my other monitors working again!
