I can not open some of my photos on my SD card

I can not open some of my photos on my SD card ,the half of them are opened normally and the others not.The error appeared is "it looks like we don't support this file format".The strange thing is that these photos I saw once in my camera,after that was impossible to open them.
Can you please help me to find the way how to reopen these photos?

What is the format of those files?
Are you opening them with Paint or Picture Viewer or both?

The files have jpg format, I tried with photos, paint, windows photo viewer and still I can not open them.
