Did you try holding F2 in before turning on the laptop and keep it held until its obviously ignoring you?

do you have a win 10 installer? On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

if you can get into bios, set USB as boot device, hdd as second
If you swapped hdd, then you need to fresh install win 10 onto the laptop, not reset it

when you reach the screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will continue to install and reactivate once finished

Hello, to be able to enter bios I had to disconnect the battery and cmos battery. Then select the usb boot mode. Previously I had formatted the ssd with hdd low level format tool. Download the windows 10 and mount it in a usb with rufus. The problem is that it does not boot with the usb and I still get the message: No bootable device.
Please check if the boot mode is correct in the bios settings.
The bios settings menu is launched by pressing the (f2) key after you reboot.
Now again it will not let me enter bios with f2. Greetings

Shame you didn't know this before resetting cmos/battery before:

change partition scheme and target system type to :
GPT partition scheme only for UEFI

and toshiba can only detect USB Boot with UEFi format...

strange it won't let you into bios with the key you meant to use. Does F2 normally work in windows?
