I just picked up a pc and it came with a wiped harddrive and a new install of windows 10. I went to connect to the internet and there was no option for wifi. I don't really use ethernet on any of my devices so it's a big inconvenience. I would really appreciate the help.

Then you will have to buy a WIFI adapter. That board has no built-in WIFI. You will probably end up with a USB adapter, because that motherboard only has a single PCIe x1 slot and it is probably covered by your GPU cooler. There is a PCI slot but I would not recommend using it for a WIFI card. Any WIFI cards that support PCI will be old.
