Question I can see WiFi signal but can't connect to it

Yesterday i had some connection problem because of bad signal. Today i moved my pc to a better place and now it says that i cannot reach it.
I tried everything i know:

Restarting router
On/off pc
Checked wifi adapter ( worksfine)
Network reset
Turned down firewall
Disabled network connections (ethernet and wifi)
Tried connecting through ethernet ( which works fine)
Other devices still get the signal
Removed network from known networks

Are you using a Laptop, or a Desktop computer with a built-in Wifi adapter??
