I cannot do anything due to a update (Windows 10) PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Due to a recent update in Windows 10 i cannot go onto the internet and most applications on my PC and i have no clue to fix it do I have to reinstall windows? Can anyone help me with this PLEASE ive been trying mutiple things for hours now and i have gotten no where PLEASE HELP

Click on Start, Power, and then Shift+Restart. When it reboots. select Troubleshoot. Then Reset This PC. You should be able to keep your files and settings.

If you have or can download the motherboard drivers, I might try reinstalling them. Windows 10 forced updates have been causing a lot of issues, particularly to device drivers.

see here on how to stop windows 10 downloading driver's

go to start-window button, settings, update and security, advanced options, view your update history

If you can see that windows has indeed updated your drivers follow the instructions in the link above restart and use your original driver disc or another pc to download them.

it doesnt let me click the settings button it just freezes and shows the loading symbol and doesnt go away should i try reinstalling the motherboard drivers like u said earlier? I really dont know what to do please help me

It wont let you click settings then you should reinstall driver personally reinstall windows

im trying to uninstall AMD Install Manager but it just freezes up on me
