Hello

Still I do not know why I chose this rx560 of powercolor ?

I have just formatted my O.S. and tried to install my drivers as well.

but I could not find any damn driver on powercolors website after 2 months. they have not uploaded any driver on the webpage in that last 2 months!

so , can you please give me any advice to find a driver for my power color 4gb rx560 red dragon active VGA ?

thank you all.

Hello experts,

I have similar problem. I have graphic card ASUS Radeon RX 560 4GB GDDR5. Original CD contains drivers only for Win 7/Win 10.
I have tried to install these drivers on windows 8.1 and graphic card was not recognised by the system.
I have problem to find graphic drivers for win 8.1 that they would be work properly.

I downloaded DDU and uninstall AMD drivers. I removal drivers without safe mode.
If I click in DDU on Extended log I see that in my computer is now only Microsoft Basic Display drivers (version: 6.3.9600.16384).
Is necessary to remove also these drivers ? May this action cause problems with monitor displaying ?

I tried to install next drivers from AMD:
1. radeon-software-crimson-relive-17.4.4
2. radeon-software-crimson-relive-17.7.1

Both are for Win 8.1, 64 bit. (Desktop graphics, Radeon RX series, Radeon RX series 4XX, Windows 8.1, 64bit) Radeon RX Series 5XX driver I didn´t find on AMD website.

First was not possible to install. On black screen was a text: "Radeon software has not been installed. Error 1603."
Second, was installed properly. On black screen was a text: "Radeon software has been installed."

However, system do not recognised the graphic card.

Wow. A problem has been solved. I tried a driver

win7-64bit-radeon-software-adrenalin-edition-18.2.1-feb7

(On AMD website - Manually Select Your Driver: Desktop Graphics, Radeon RX Series, Radeon RX 5xx Series, Windows 7 64 bit)

for fully updated win 8.1, 64 bit. A driver is working properly !!! In Device manager in section Display adapters I am seeing now Radeon RX 560 Series (not Microsoft Basic Display Adapter).

Graphic Card ASUS RADEON RX 560 4GB GDRR5 is working properly in win 8.1 !!!

Many thanks to CountMike (It was your advice !).

First, after installation my graphic card, I use original drivers on CD for win7/win10, but they were not working. It was necessary to download driver 18.2.1 for win7 from AMD site.
