I cannot find RUN in customize of start menu

Hello,

i cannot find RUN after customization of start menu. please help me with a solution.

how did you customize the start menu? is it a downloaded theme? or something you did yourself?

Control Panel/Taskbar and Start Menu/Start Menu/Customize/Advanced and tick "Run command".

Also Windows Logo+R brings the run command.
