I cannot go back to Native resolution (1920x1080). HELP?

I got my lappy fixed. The screen was damaged due to power issues and It was REPLACED. A new windows was installed and I have installed all the drivers and everything and I noticed that the screen resolution could not go higher than 1366x768. My lappy is a multi GPU comp. specs are as below

8gb ram ddr3

4gb ddr3 950m

2.6Ghz 6700HQ

1000gb hdd

Wondering why I can't go higher than that? Is it related tot he " HARDWARE " or it's windows or driver related?

Before I forget, before the changing of the screen the screen resolution was at 1920x1080 already

Sounds like your HD screen was replaced with a 1366x768 screen.

Yes after searching in forums of HP, I realized it's the small screen. Tomorrow I'll go and change it if they have any of those left.. If they didn't then it's a big money waste of 60 bucks.
